Cancelation Policy
Due to the particular construction of the hotel (on the cliff) for safety reasons our hotel does not provide any children facilities and does not accept children under the age of 13 years old.
Wine and fruits are free of charge upon arrival in all the rooms
A hotel's signed approval is required in order to confirm a reservation.
No fee is charged for cancellation if done so 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date.
A cancellation charge of 50% of the entire booking is applied as follows:
Low Season: Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to reservation
Mid Season: Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to reservation
High Season: Any cancellation made within 21 days prior to reservation
No-Show or premature departure results in a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire booking.
